Drivers involved in a ‘fault’ accident claim will receive a cash payment in the event of an injury sustained in a motor accident which requires medical treatment as follows:
 

 Operation/Procedure £1,000
 Hospital Stay £200 per maximum 10 nights
 Physiotherapy £250 towards the cost of treatment
 Cosmetic dental work £500 towards treatment
 Consultant/Doctors £50 towards the fee charged to provide evidence of an injury/treatment
