We hope that you'll have many years of safe driving with esure, but if you're unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, or are the victim of a fire or theft, we'll make things as simple as possible for you. Once you've notified us of the incident, we'll manage all aspects of your claim.
Once your claim is registered, you can confidently leave everything to us - we'll arrange the recovery of your car and the repair work at one of our recommended repairers, and we will even give it a clean before returning it to you.
Immediately after the incident you should report it to us by calling our claims helpline, even if you don't want to make a claim. This will allow us to protect your, and our, interests at an early stage. In normal circumstances, we will be able to take all the details by phone. However, sometimes we will ask you to fill in a claim form.
If you're involved in an accident outside the claims helpline opening hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm), and your car isn't driveable, then please call our 24 hour accident recovery line who'll arrange recovery of your car.
