We hope that you'll have many years of safe driving with esure, but if you're unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, or are the victim of a fire or theft, we'll make things as simple as possible for you. Once you've notified us of the incident, we'll manage all aspects of your claim.
Valid claims are usually approved in minutes and you can confidently leave everything to us - we'll arrange the recovery of your car and rapid repair at one of our recommended repairers, and even give it a clean before returning it to you.
Immediately after the incident you should report it to us by calling our claims helpline, even if you don't want to make a claim. This will allow us to protect your, and our, interests at an early stage. In most cases, we'll simply take all the details over the phone and you won't need to fill in a claim form.
If you're involved in an accident outside the claims helpline opening hours (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm), and your car isn't driveable, then please call our 24 hour accident recovery line who'll arrange recovery of your car.
