Automatic renewal

Your policy will renew automatically if...

  • You pay your premium by Direct Debit
  • You gave us 'Continuous Payment Authority' for your credit/debit card when you bought your policy.

Renew over the phone

If your policy isn’t going to renew automatically or if you need to make some changes, you’ll need to call us to confirm your policy details and pay your premium.

Change payment details at renewal

Please contact us at least four days before your renewal date if you’d like to change your payment details or payment method.

Cancel your renewal

We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering leaving esure. You can contact us using our online form or by calling us.

If your policy is set to renew automatically, you'll need to contact us at least four days before your renewal date (or seven days if using the online form) to make sure payment isn't collected.
