However, we would like to provide you with details of a Medical Cover Firm Directory, which is a publicly available directory, that only lists firms that provide, or arrange, travel insurance policies that cover more serious medical conditions.

The directory will also show you enough information about each firm listed so you can make an informed, initial choice, about which firm might meet your needs.

Winter Sports Cover

Enhance your policy with our optional Winter Sports Cover, providing protection for a variety of winter activities and situations, such as skiing, snowboarding, piste closure, and ski equipment - subject to terms and exclusions.

For an additional premium, you can add Winter Sports Cover to your policy.

This cover includes:

  • Skiing and snowboarding activities  
  • Loss, theft or damage to ski equipment  
  • Compensation if your piste is closed due to lack of snow or adverse weather

Exclusions

  • Any damage to winter sports equipment while in use
  • Loss, theft or damage to ski equipment left unattended at any time

Gadget Cover

Enhance your policy with our optional Gadget Cover, providing protection for your gadgets, such as mobile phones and tablets, while you’re away covering events like theft, loss, accidental damage, and malicious damage – subject to terms and exclusions.

For an additional premium, you can add Gadget Cover to your policy.

This cover includes:

  • Repair or replacement costs if your gadget is accidentally damaged
  • Replacement if your gadget is stolen
  • Repair or replacement if your gadget is damaged as a result of intentional or deliberate actions by someone else
  • Replacement if your gadget is lost

Exclusions

  • Loss or theft from unattended vehicles or premises
  • Gadgets not in good condition and in full working order the start of your trip
  • Wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Golf Cover

You are automatically covered to play golf. The Golf cover is optional and provides extra cover if you are playing golf - covering your golf equipment and related incidents, subject to terms and exclusions.

For an additional premium, you can add Golf Cover to your policy.

This cover includes:

  • Loss, theft or damage to your golf equipment while on your trip
  • The cost of hiring replacement golf equipment if your own equipment is lost, stolen or damaged or delayed on the outward journey for more than 24 hours

Exclusions

  • Loss, theft, or damage to golf equipment left unattended at any time
  • Wear and tear or cosmetic damage to golf equipment
  • Golf equipment not owned by you or without proof of ownership

Cruise Cover

You are automatically covered whilst on a cruise. The Cruise cover is optional and provides extra cover if you are on a cruise - including increased cover for your baggage, cabin confinement, unused excursions, and itinerary changes - subject to terms and exclusions.

For an additional premium, you can add Cruise Cover to your policy.

This cover includes:

  • Cover if you are confined to your cabin by the treating doctor during your journey due to an accident or illness
  • Cover if you are unable to go on pre-booked and pre-paid excursions because you are confined to your cabin due to an accident or illness
  • Cover if your cruise ship is unable to make a scheduled port stop due to bad weather or timetable restrictions, and no alternative docking port is offered

Exclusions

  • Claims where you were not confined to your cabin by the treating doctor
  • Excursions that were not pre-booked and pre-paid
  • Missed port stops where alternative arrangements or compensation were provided
