Graham Hughes appointed as Head of Claims (Copy)

Graham Hughes has joined esure Group as Head of Claims. He brings with him over five years of claims and insurance industry experience and he will report into esure’s Chief Operating Officer, David Pitt.

In his new role he will be responsible for esure’s claims operations based across Reigate, Manchester and Glasgow.

Graham joins esure from RSA where he was Commercial Claims Director for four years. In this role he was responsible for leadership of the commercial claims area and was responsible for circa £1.9bn claims and a team of 300.

Prior to joining RSA, Graham was Head of Claims at Allianz responsible for all claims operations and management of circa 600 staff.

Commenting on his new role, Graham, said: “I am delighted to join esure and look forward to working with the management team to ensure that our claims operation is best in class.”

David Pitt, Chief Operating Officer, said: “It’s excellent to have someone of Graham’s calibre on board as he brings a wealth of experience which will help to further strengthen my management team in operations.”
